2024-2025 PLEASANT MUSIC BOOSTERS MEMBERSHIP FORM

MISSION STATEMENT

To promote and support the music programs in grades K-12 of Pleasant Local Schools through parent involvement, volunteer opportunities, community support, fundraising activities, and other financial assistance.

NOTE: For a senior to be eligible for one of our Music Booster scholarships, he/she must be a PHS music student, and his/her family must be a paid and active member of the Pleasant Music Boosters by October 1st of the current / respective school year.

Membership is open to anyone in the Pleasant Community. Any level of membership is greatly appreciated.

If paying by check, please make payable to Pleasant Music Boosters and submit in a sealed envelope to any Pleasant music teacher, director, or school office.
